Test 1 - Marking Scheme

For questions 1, 2b, 3:

Correct, justified answers are worth full marks, with deductions for errors in
justification.
Incorrect answers are given a mark of 0, with partial marks for any correct
mathematical or intuitive work.

Usually, deductions and partial marks were given as either -2 or +2.
